1. Bill Of Materials MBOM1
The MECH-Q Bill Of Materials utility - The Professional BOM. This utility gives all the options you expect in a utility of this kind.... and much more.

    Other Features Balloons ID is incremented automatically and the program will find the last largest number/letter used - each time it starts.

    The utility will create its own item data entry dialogue box (DCL) - according to BOM table design.
    You only need to locate the insertion point of the data table ONCE - The program will always insert the item detail in the next correct location - even when you continue to edit the drawing another time.
    You can add or delete BOM items at any time & BOM table can be re-compiled from balloon or table item count

    Utility will work with both Metric & Imperial (English) systems.

    The program is very easy to use and learn, yet most versatile and adaptable to most drawing office standards.



    2. Blocks Manager (MBK12)
    Blocks Manager - The easy way to organize & customize your block libraries, Fully customizable


    The Block Manager is the easy way to keep track of your world blocks or drawing symbols.
    You can form block categories to easily find and organize your block resource.
    The program also lets you save several data files that contain the blocks detail, file path and slide path detail. When you first use the utility, or when you start a new data file, you need to start forming Block Categories (example: Mechanical, Civil, Notes,...).
    The categories that you define are then added to the categories pop down list. Select a category - one at a time to start defining the blocks that fall under the given category.
    You can specify the path for the blocks files (WBlocks) and the slide files in one of the following options

    • Fixed files path
    • Files saved within the AutoCAD search path
    • Other - specified path


    For each block that you want to add, the detail required are Description note of block and the file path on your system . The descriptive note is to help you find your blocks. If you have a slide or a slide library containing a slide of the block - you can add this to the block definition by selecting the slide or slide library and slide.
    Slide definition is optional, however if you do define a slide to the block definition - this will be displayed in the drawing preview window when this block is selected in the blocks list.

    The block manager is also equipped with a search utility that allows you to search in both block name and block description data base.

    Use the "Insert CFG" to specify the insertion configuration. Options are: Block Insertion Layer, Insertion Scale (Fixed or prompt) and Multiple insertions.





    3. Batch Script Utility (MSC03)
    Script Builder - Script Editor, includes multi drawings - Batch script generator


    The Batch Script Builder allows you to apply script to a group of Drawing or DXF files. The utility is equipped with an in-built script editor which helps you to write AutoCAD script with the minimum effort. Alternatively you can import pre-written script to be used by the utility. Another option is to use the facility to record the script commands as you apply them in the drawing.
    The script can then be applied to any number of Drawings or DXF files - Simply by entering the path for the Drawings/DXF files. The utility is ideal for plotting or changing a large number of drawings - unattended if you like. Then you can apply this script to a number of Drawings/DXF files
